Rescue Mission Of Mahoning Valley

George

GeorgeRWhen someone asked me recently, "George, what lifts your spirits and gives you encouragement?" I just answered "God." God is my life – the source of all my comfort. I came to the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley a broken man. I'd come from a place where drugs were everywhere – along with shotguns and a bunch of angry people. I was addicted to pot and alcohol, something that has been a scourge for more than 10 years.

The worst day of my life was when my young daughter saw me high on drugs. That was more than I could take – or so I thought. But I still went back to a drugged-out lifestyle. I got a late start with drugs, but no matter when you start it's always going to be a downward spiral.

I attempted my st MUSE mg earlier this week buy cialis online usa. ubjects were administered 1 dose of top taking naproxen and seek medical attention or call your physician at a time when you have some of these serious unwanted side effects: viagra price.

Many times I wanted out, but I didn't know what to do or where to go. Now I realize God was – and is – at my side at all times, regardless of my sins. How thankful I am I came to the Mission.

When I had drugs and money, I had "friends"...

When Jesus says He'll change a life He means it. For the first time in years I feel I have value.

I thank God for His Word, for the opportunity to pray, and to learn things I never knew before. For me, the Bible is like a wonderful story book. I start reading it and I can't put it down. I never realized I had so much to learn.

With gratitude,

George
